We currently offer free standard shipping to customers in the United Kingdom.

Order processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed. Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to change or cancel the delivery address.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and fulfilment provider. Where available, an estimated delivery timeframe will be shown or communicated to you before or after your order is placed.

Unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed, we aim to deliver orders without undue delay and within 30 days of your order being placed.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.
